Our Products & Craftsmanship
Are your embellished fabrics machine-made or handmade? >
Our craftsmanship combines the best of both worlds. We start by using state-of-the-art computerized machinery for the base beading and sequin embroidery, which ensures consistency and efficiency for bulk orders. Then, for designs requiring 3D flowers, feathers, or other special embellishments, our skilled artisans perform meticulous hand-finishing. This hybrid "machine + hand" model allows our products to offer the reliability of mass production alongside the artistry of bespoke craftsmanship.
How durable are the beadwork and 3D flowers? Will they fall off easily? >
Durability is a key focus for us. The machine-embroidered portions are highly secure and suitable for most garment applications. For hand-finished elements, our artisans use reinforced stitching techniques to ensure they are firmly attached. Of course, given the delicate nature of these products, we always recommend proper handling during garment production and final care. You can find detailed instructions on our "Care & Maintenance" page.
What types of beads, sequins, and base fabrics do you use? >
We offer a wide range of high-quality materials to suit various designs and price points. Our selection includes premium materials like Japanese MGB glass beads, high-clarity crystals, and eco-friendly PET sequins. Our base fabrics range from various specifications of nylon mesh and polyester tulle to silk organza. If you have specific material requirements, we can also provide custom sourcing.
Ordering & Customization Process
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? >
Our MOQ varies by product. For our in-stock items, the MOQ is typically 100 yards. For custom designs that require new pattern development, the MOQ will be higher and is assessed based on the design's complexity and materials. Please contact our sales team directly for specific information on the items you are interested in.
How can I get samples? >
We offer two types of samples: A4-sized swatches for quality and craft evaluation, and sample yardage for prototyping garments. Swatches may be provided free of charge or for a small fee, while sample yardage is charged by the meter/yard. Please send us the product codes you are interested in, and our team will assist you.
What is the process for a custom design? >
Our custom design process is structured to bring your vision to life efficiently:
Consultation & Quote: You provide your sketch, reference images, or concept. We discuss the details and provide a preliminary quote and MOQ.
Sampling: Upon agreement, we proceed with sample development. The typical sampling lead time is one week.
Sample Approval: We ship the sample to you for approval and make any necessary adjustments based on your feedback.
Bulk Production: Once the sample is approved, we commence with bulk production.
Will my custom design be kept confidential? >
Absolutely. We treat all custom projects with strict confidentiality. Your design is your intellectual property, and we will never disclose or sell your exclusive patterns to any third party.
Payment & Production
What are your payment terms? >
Our standard payment term is a 50% deposit before production begins and the remaining 50% balance paid before shipment. For long-term clients with a strong partnership history, more flexible terms may be discussed.
What is the production lead time? >
Lead time depends on the complexity and volume of the order. Generally, sampling takes one week, and after you confirm the bulk order, we will immediately start production. Our sales manager will provide a more precise timeline based on your specific order.
Shipping & International Trade
Do you ship to my country? >
Yes. 100% of our products are exported, and we have experience shipping to over 120 countries worldwide. Our logistics team is well-versed in international trade and can arrange reliable shipping to your location.
Who is responsible for shipping costs and customs duties? >
Our quotations are typically based on FOB (Free On Board) terms, meaning the price does not include freight or any import duties/taxes in your country. We can provide a CIF quote (including freight) upon request, or we can work with your appointed freight forwarder.
After-Sales & Partnership
What if I find a quality issue after receiving the goods? >

While we have a stringent QC process, if you discover any manufacturing defects upon receiving your order, please contact your account manager within [7] days with clear photos or videos. We will investigate immediately and offer a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or credit, depending on the situation.
