We only recommend professional dry-cleaning. Washing can damage delicate embellishments. Dry-cleaning is like a gentle spa that nurtures every detail, preserves the shine, and maintains the perfect silhouette of the fabric.

For small, localized stains: Blot, Don't Rub to absorb excess liquid. Gently dab the stain from the outside in with a cloth dampened with cool water and a mild, neutral detergent. "Rinse" by dabbing with a clean, damp cloth, then lay flat to air dry.

To prevent permanent damage, please strictly avoid: Do Not Machine Wash, Do Not Hand Wash or Rub, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Wring or Twist, and Avoid Direct Sunlight Exposure.

Ironing: The best method is to use a handheld steamer on a low heat setting at a safe distance. If using an iron, turn the garment inside out, use the lowest heat setting, and place a pressing cloth between the iron and the garment. NEVER apply the iron directly to beaded areas.

Storage: Use wide, padded hangers to support the garment's shape. Protect it in a breathable garment bag and avoid overcrowding in the closet to prevent snags.

Our MOQ varies by product. For our in-stock items, it's typically 100 yards. For custom designs, the MOQ will be higher based on complexity and materials. Please contact our sales team for specifics.

We offer A4-sized swatches for quality evaluation and sample yardage for prototyping. Swatches may be free or subject to a small fee, while yardage is charged by the meter/yard. Please send us the product codes you are interested in. Kindly note, all shipping and freight costs for samples are borne by the client.

Our standard payment term is a 50% deposit before production and the 50% balance before shipment. More flexible terms may be discussed for long-term clients.

All shipping, freight, and customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide all necessary documentation to facilitate a smooth process.
