1. Consultation & Quote: You provide your sketch, reference images, or concept. We discuss the details and provide a preliminary quote and MOQ.
2. Sampling: Upon agreement, we proceed with sample development. The typical sampling lead time is one week.
3. Sample Approval: We ship the sample to you for approval and make any necessary adjustments based on your feedback.
4. Bulk Production: Once the sample is approved, we commence with bulk production.

Absolutely. We treat all custom projects with strict confidentiality. Your design is your intellectual property, and we will never disclose or sell your exclusive patterns to any third party.
