These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Fominte ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the fominte.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and complete. All content on this site, including images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Fominte and may not be used without our express permission.

Fominte provides custom textile solutions, including but not limited to beaded & embellished fabrics, faux fur, sherpa fleece, custom printed fabrics, and full garment OEM/ODM services. We make every effort to display the colors and features of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

• Your Designs: We treat all custom projects submitted by you with strict confidentiality. Your design is your intellectual property, and we will never disclose or sell your exclusive patterns to any third party.
• Our Designs: Designs and patterns created by Fominte and displayed on the Site are the intellectual property of Fominte and are protected by copyright law.

• Payment Terms: Our standard payment term is a 50% deposit before production begins and the remaining 50% balance paid before shipment.
• Quotations: Our quotations are typically based on FOB (Free On Board) terms and do not include freight or any import duties/taxes in your country.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
